Meet Our Contributors

David Paul Horowitz has taught New York Practice in New York City for over twenty years, most recently at Columbia Law School. He has lectured on New York civil practice to judges, lawyers, and law students throughout New York State, and now together with with his partner Katryna L. Kristoferson. Together they write the column “Practical New York Practice™” in the New York Law Journal the third Tuesday of every month and the column “Burden of Proof” in the NYSBA Journal.
Katryna L. Kristoferson has written widely on New York civil practice issues and now lectures to bar associations throughout the state at annual New York civil practice update programs with her partner David Paul Horowitz. Together they write the column “Practical New York Practice™” in the New York Law Journal the third Tuesday of every month and the column “Burden of Proof” in the NYSBA Journal.
